Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 2

1/18/2023—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

 

Ronald E. Shelton, 52, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 22.

 

Nicholos S. Harvell, 24, pleaded not guilty to flagrant non-support.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 22.

 

Steven S. Ogle, 40, pleaded not guilty to three counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 22.

 

Erica L. Steinhauer, 38, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree criminal abuse/child under twelve, and 1st degree wanton endangerment.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 22.

 

Marcus Durbin, 18, pleaded not guilty to custodial interference.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 22.

 

Dexter J. Hubbard, 30, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree strangulation; 1st degree unlawful imprisonment; and 4th degree assault/domestic violence.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 22.

 

Terry J. Allen, 46, pleaded guilty to 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana.  Sentencing was scheduled for February 22.

 

Patrick W. Stout, 38, pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for February 22.

 

Richard L. White, 64, was sentenced to 18 months pre-trial diversion for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

Richard V. Hernandez, 29, pleaded guilty to flagrant non-support.  In another case, he pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of an auto valued between $1,000 and $10,000; tampering with physical evidence; four counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment/police officer; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; resisting arrest; possession of marijuana; and 2nd degree disorderly conduct.  Sentencing was scheduled for February 22.

 

Brandon L. Steinhauer, 25, pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for February 22.

 

Aaron D. Matthews, 42, pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence, and 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for February 22.

 

David A Craig, 59, was sentenced to five years in prison on each of two counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; five years for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense/enhanced; five years for 1st degree possession of an unspecified drug/enhanced; five years for 3rd degree possession of an unspecified drug/enhanced; and possession of drug paraphernalia/enhanced.  The sentences will run concurrently for a total of five years.

 

Eric C. Roach, 38, was sentenced to three years in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 3rd or greater offense; and 365 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.  The sentences were probated for three years.

 

James D. Kleinhelter, 30, was sentenced to five years in prison for 3rd degree burglary and five years for 1st degree criminal mischief.  The sentences will run concurrently for a total of five years.

 

Etta L. Conley, 31, was sentenced to three years in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth),3rd or greater offense; twelve months for possession of drug paraphernalia; twelve months for failure to register transfer of motor vehicle; seven days for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; 90 days for operating a vehicle with a suspended license; and 90 days for failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense.  The sentences will run concurrently and probated for three years.

 

A motion for shock probation by Larry D. Washer, 41, was taken under submission.

 

Probation was revoked for Ronald D. Goatley, 33.
