Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 2

8/3/2022—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

 

Lorrie A. Baker, 48, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree burglary; 2nd degree assault; and 3rd degree terroristic threatening.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 2.

 

Richard L. White, 64, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense, and public intoxication/controlled substance.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 16.

 

Hannah L. Stevenson, 25, pleaded not guilty to theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $1,000 and $10,000.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 2.

 

Chris P. Hoskins, 42, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 16.

 

Robert L. Baker, 26, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree burglary; 2nd degree assault; being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun; and 3rd degree terroristic threatening.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for November 2.

 

Mike S. Newcomb, 37, was sentenced to thirty months in prison for trafficking in marijuana, 1st offense, and 2nd degree trafficking in a controlled substance(hallucinogen), 1st offense; and 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.  The sentences will run concurrently.

 

Matthew S. McMahan, 38, was sentenced to three years in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense, and 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.  The sentences were probated for three years.

 

Justin Stewart, 30, was sentenced to three years in prison for 1st degree fleeing/evading police; three years on each of six counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment/police officer; and 1st degree criminal mischief.  He was also sentenced to 12 months in for resisting arrest.  The sentences will run concurrently.

 

Sean E. Renfrow, 23, was sentenced to three years in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.  In another case, he was sentenced to three years in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 12 months for receiving stolen property valued under $500.00; 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia; 45 days for possession of marijuana; and 90 days for 3rd degree criminal mischief.  In another case, he was sentenced to six years for 3rd degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000.  The sentences will run concurrently.

 

Jerry E. Mucker, 60, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated for five years, for theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000.  In another case, he was sentenced to ten years, probated for five years for assault under extreme emotional disturbance.

 

A motion for shock probation by Corrina A. Hack, 37, was taken under submission.

 

Probation was revoked for Jason O. Dowell, 37, and Darla J. Jones, 41.
