Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 2

2/18/2021—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

Dallas E. Dawson, 40, pleaded guilty to two counts of 1^st degree wanton endangerment and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1^st offense.  Sentencing was scheduled for March 17.

Seairra-Dawn B. Perkins, 22, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property valued over $10,000; 1^st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1^st offense; and operating a vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.  She was granted pre-trial diversion for five years.

Joetta R. Dowell, 36, pleaded guilty to four counts of 1^st degree forgery; theft by unlawful taking/distribution of property valued between $500 and $10,000; and being a 1^st degree persistent felony offender.  Sentencing was scheduled for March 17.

Jerry L. Lucas, 26, was sentenced to ten years in prison for theft by unlawful taking/distribution of property valued between $500 and $10,000, and ten years for tampering with physical evidence.

Probation was revoked for Brandon Rhodes, 27.
