FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Gov. Andy Beshear has reported 14 more coronavirus-related deaths in Kentucky. The governor also expressed concerns Tuesday about increased hospitalizations caused by the pandemic. Beshear says the daily number of new statewide virus cases was 776, down from the same day a week ago. If that continues, he says it could signal the recent escalation of cases is stabilizing. He says 704 people are hospitalized in Kentucky because of the virus, compared with 589 two weeks ago. The number in intensive care now totals 170, compared with 129 two weeks ago.
