IRVINGTON (03/25/20) — Irvington Mayor Yvonne Kennedy is asking residents there to place recyclable items in with the normal garbage pickup until further notice. The city along with the County Detention Center normally take collected materials to Brandenburg. However, the recycling center there is now closed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The trailers used to dispose of items have been removed to a secured location.
