County Health Department Update On Services, Coronavirus

HARDINSBURG (03/18/20) — The Breckinridge County Health Department issued the following statements on Wednesday: “Breckinridge County Health Dept is still seeing appointments at this time. We are offering a limited variety of services such as WIC, some immunizations, and STD testing and treatment. Please call before you come to your appointment to make sure there haven’t been any changes in this status. If you have any questions about your WIC or think you need to tested for an STD, please call us at 270-756-5121.

The Health Dept still continues to monitor the local coronavirus situation. We still have no confirmed cases at this time. We are still encouraging people to limit social contact and call the KY coronavirus hotline at 1-800-722-5725 with any questions about the coronavirus or if you believe you may have any of the symptoms. If you are unable to get through to the KY coronavirus hotline in a reasonable amount of time, please call your doctor, the health department at 270-756-5121, or the new local coronavirus hotline at 270-756-6548. This local line will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday until further notice.”
