Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 1

11/7/2019—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.

 

Whitney L. Burleson, 38, pleaded not guilty to tampering with physical evidence; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(heroin), 1st offense; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(unspecified), 1st offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 8.

 

James C. Waddell, 21, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree unlawful imprisonment, and two counts of 4th degree assault/domestic violence.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 8.

 

William Roy Boone, 30, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; tampering with physical evidence; and theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting valued under $500.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 8.

 

Joshua S. Burden, 40, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for January 8.

 

A jury trial was scheduled for June 8, 2020 for James P. Aubrey, 49.  Aubrey is charged with 1st degree sexual abuse/victim under twelve, and voyeurism.

 

Jeffrey T. Elderidge, 52, will have a jury trial January 24, 2020.  He is charged with 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

Donnie Coffman, 44, was sentenced to one year in prison for flagrant non-support.

 

Stephen Clater, 61, was sentenced to ten years in prison for being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.

 

Bethany L. Wilson, 39, was sentenced to eighteen months in prison for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia; and 12 months on each of two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.  The sentences will run consecutively for a total of 18 months probated.

 

Jennifer McCombs, 44, was sentenced to eighteen months in prison, probated, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

Shock probation was granted for Ashley J. Smith, 33, and Jonathan R. McDaniel, 34.

 

Probation was revoked for Amanda Gibson, 30; Kevin A. Henning, 36, and William S. Snawder, 25.
