Breckinridge Circuit Court, Division 2

10/2/2019—Division 2 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Kenneth H. Goff II met Wednesday.

Donald W. Stinnett, 68, pleaded guilty to twenty counts of 1st degree sexual abuse; sixteen counts of 2nd degree rape/no force; two counts of 2nd degree sodomy; and sixteen counts of incest. Sentencing was scheduled for January 8, 2020.

Jeffrey N. Jones, 48, will have a jury trial for two cases April 27-29, 2020. In the first case, he is charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense/enhanced; 1st degree possession of an opiate, 1st offense/enhanced; possession of marijuana/enhanced; possession of drug paraphernalia/enhanced; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender. In the second case, he is charged with three counts of 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

Nathan W. Wright, 34, will have a jury trial April 27-29, 2020. He is charged with three counts of 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

Co-defendants Marvin J. Dean, 58, and Adrian Mucker, 31, will have a jury trial April 27/28, 2020. Both are charged with fraudulent use of a credit card valued under $10,000.

Daniel R. Hesler, 50, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property valued between $500 and $10,000. He was granted pre-trial diversion for three years.

Andrew T. Pool, 30, pleaded guilty to 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; receiving stolen property valued under $10,000; possession of drug paraphernalia; and rear license not illuminated. He was granted pre-trial diversion for three years.

Justin S. Kelly, will have a jury trial May 14/15, 2020. He is charged with 4th degree assault and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.

Gene L. Smallwood, 38, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000, and being a 2nd degree persistent felony offender. Sentencing was scheduled for November 6.

Emily K. Sturgeon, 22, pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was entered in the pre-trial diversion program for three years.

Charles E. Morton, 56, will have a jury trial May 14 and 15, 2020. He is charged with 3rd degree burglary; tampering with physical evidence; 2nd degree cruelty to animals.

Jackson T. Faircloth, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana/enhanced; possession of synthetic drugs, first offense/enhanced; possession of drug paraphernalia/enhanced; and 3rd degree terroristic threatening. He was granted pre-trial diversion for three years.

Amber G. Armes, 26, was sentenced to 12 months in prison, probated for two years, for facilitation to trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

Patrick S. Burch, 35, was sentenced to twelve years in prison for 2nd degree burglary; five years for receiving stolen property/firearm; ten years for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; and one year for fleeing/evading police. The sentences will run concurrently for a total of twelve years.

Brian A. Edwards, 30, was sentenced to six years in prison on each of two counts of receiving stolen property valued under $10,000; six years on each of two counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment of a police officer; six years in each of six counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm; and six years for 1st degree fleeing/evading police.

In each of two cases, Randi L. Lewis, 36, was sentenced to three years in prison, probated for three years, for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.
