Breckinridge County Grand Jury

8/8/2019—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Wednesday and returned nineteen indictments.

 

Brian L. Cato, 36, Eastview, was indicted for driving with a suspended DUI license, 3rd offense.

 

Rondal L. Glenn, 42, Harned, was indicted for theft by failure to make required disposition of property valued over $10,000.

 

Becky K. Swink, 52, Union Star, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; tampering with physical evidence; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to maintain insurance; and careless driving.

 

Samuel L. Burden II, 36, Louisville, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking/disposition of property valued between $10,000 and $1 million.

 

Janet L. Armes, 50, Falls of Rough, was indicted for operating a motor vehicle under the influence/4th offense.

 

Ronald E. Shelton, 49, Vine Grove, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Danny R. Cissell, 27, Louisville, was indicted for receiving stolen property valued less than $10,000, and 3rd degree criminal mischief.

 

Danielle Marie White, 26, Mount Washington, was indicted for 1st degree promoting contraband.

 

Ashley R. Hornback, 35, McDaniels, was indicted for 3rd degree assault/police officer, and resisting arrest.

 

Jerry R. Stivers, 39, Leitchfield, was indicted for 2nd degree burglary; 4th degree assault/domestic violence; 3rd degree assault/peace officer; and 2nd degree disorderly conduct.

 

Gabrielle N. Jones, 25, Irvington, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Brandy S. Blair, 43, Lewisport, was indicted for 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Jessica A. Brown, 37, Irvington; Crystal A. Barnwell, 39, Elizabethtown; Edward D. Ditto, 45, Brandenburg; Susan M. Wells, 43, Hardinsburg; Travis J. Roberson, 27, Irvington; Angela Chapman, 35, Irvington; and Anthony G. Rogers, 29, Louisville, were each indicted on the following charges: 1st degree criminal abuse/victim under 12; 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia.  In addition, Ditto and Rogers were indicted for being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.
