7/8/2019—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.

 

Rhonda Cummings, 52, pleaded not guilty to making false statements to receive benefits.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 2.

 

James P. Aubrey, 48, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree sexual abuse/victim under twelve, and voyeurism.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 2.

 

Jeffrey T. Elderidge, 51, and Jeremy J. Kelly, 25, each pleaded not guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.  Both will be back in Court for a pre-trial conference on October 2.

 

Rondal D. Glenn, 42, pleaded not guilty to two counts of 2nd degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for October 2.

 

A jury trial was scheduled for March 10, 2020, for Brittney Wright, 33, and Mark A. Dowell, 35.  Wright is charged with 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.  Dowell is charged with four counts of 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; and being a 2nd degree persistent felony offender.

 

Michael E. Coogle, 58, pleaded guilty to 1st degree wanton endangerment; 2nd degree assault; leaving the scene of an accident; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.  Sentencing was scheduled for September 4.

 

Donna G. Moody, 63, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.  Sentencing was scheduled for September 4.

 

Zachery T. Carringer, 29; and Dakota C. Dean, 21, each pleaded guilty to complicity to commit wanton endangerment.  They will be entered in the diversion program.

 

A jury trial was scheduled for March 10 and 11, 2020, for Eric R. Basham, 47.  He is charged with 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 2nd offense; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000; two counts of 3rd degree criminal mischief; possession of drug paraphernalia; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.

 

Jonathan R. McDaniel, 33, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree attempted assault/police officer; 1st degree wanton endangerment/police officer; 1st degree fleeing/evading police; 1st degree criminal mischief; operating a motor vehicle under the influence; and speeding.  Sentencing was scheduled for September 4.

 

Travis Davis, 33, pleaded guilty to charges from two cases.  In the first, he pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.  In the second, he pleaded guilty to 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; 1st and 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.  Sentencing was scheduled for September 4.

 

Probation was revoked for Joseph T. Anderson, 51.
