HOUSTON (AP) _ Stephen Curry shook off a cold start by scoring all 33 of his points in the second half as the Golden State Warriors beat the Houston Rockets, 118-113 to advance to the NBA’s Western Conference finals for the fifth consecutive year. Klay Thompson added 27 points for the Warriors, who were without Durant after the All-Star forward sustained a calf injury in the third quarter of Game 5.

UNDATED (AP) _ Luis Castillo struck out a season-high 11 in six innings and combined with three relievers on a four-hitter as the Reds whipped the Giants, 7-0. Rookie Nick Senzel had two hits, including a two-run triple that put Cincinnati ahead, 3-0 in the second inning.

DETROIT (AP) _ Jake Odorizzi stretched his scoreless streak to 20 innings with seven frames of one-hit ball as the Minnesota Twins blanked the Detroit Tigers, 6-0 to improve to a major league-best 24-12. Other American League winners were Oakland, Houston, Boston, Toronto, the Angels and Kansas City.
