Pre Trial Conference Set For Sheriff Case

HARDINSBURG – A pre-trial conference was scheduled for May 7 in the case of Breckinridge County Sheriff Todd Pate, who was arrested Friday (3/8) evening on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, second degree with aggravating circumstance. Pate is accused of causing an accident after he hit another vehicle with his personal vehicle near Axtel.

An attorney representing Pate entered a not guilty plea in Breckinridge District Court Wednesday (3/12) morning. Pate was released from the Hardin County Detention Center just after midnight Sunday (3/10) morning on a two thousand dollar bond.
