Breckinridge County Grand Jury

3/6/2019—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Monday, March 4, and returned eleven indictments against ten individuals.

 

Walter O. Logsdon Jr., 41, Garfield, was indicted in two separate cases.  In the first, he was charged with three counts of 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.  In the second case, he was charged with 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Brooke M. Crouch, 28, Crawfordsville, IN, was charged with 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Derek E. Quiggins, 27, Hardinsburg, was charged with theft by unlawful taking/distribution of a controlled substance.

 

Eric L. Paster, 29, Hardinsburg, was charged with trafficking in marijuana, 1st offense, and being a 2nd degree persistent felony offender.

 

Mickey J. Waddell, 41, Louisville, was charged with receiving stolen property valued over $10,000, and 3rd degree criminal mischief.

 

Donna G. Moody, 64, Louisville, was charged with 1st degree trafficking in a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense/enhanced; possession of drug paraphernalia/enhanced; possession of marijuana/enhanced; carrying a concealed deadly weapon; and public intoxication by a controlled substance.

 

Jason D. Pierce, 36, Cub Run, was indicted on charges of 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(oxycodone), 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; and no tail lamps.

 

Jason O. Dowell, 33, Hardinsburg, was charged with 1st degree fleeing/evading police in a motor vehicle; 1st degree fleeing/evading police on foot; failure to produce an insurance card; no motorcycle operators license; and no state registration receipt.

 

Sarah Combs, 37, Hardinsburg, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.

 

Cherie R. Stull, 39, Payneville, was indicted for 2nd degree burglary; 1st degree criminal trespass; two counts of 4th degree assault/domestic violence; and having a prescription controlled substance not in its proper container, 1st offense.
