Units from five county fire departments were called to the scene of a structure fire in the Rosetta area Thursday (11/29) morning. Units from the Custer and Harned departments responded just after 8 this morning to a location on Rosetta Drive Lane. Upon arrival units found two single wide mobile homes fully involved in fire. Homeowner Gary Dupin was not home at the time of the fire. The other mobile home was vacant and abandoned. Due to low water supply in the area of the fire, Irvington, Webster and Hardinsburg Fire Departments were called to assist with water and manpower. Custer remained on scene for around 3 hours. The home was a total loss. The cause of the fire is believed to be electrical in nature.
