9/11/2017—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Friday, September 8, and returned eight indictments.
Stephen F. Brown, 47, Harned, was indicted on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.
Juliana Janacek-Rittenberry, 23, and Robert Myles Alexander, 26, both of Hardinsburg, were each indicted for 2nd and 3rd degree burglary. Alexander was also indicted on charges of theft by unlawful taking of a firearm, and 3rd degree criminal mischief. The charges stem from an alleged burglary at the residence of David Alexander on July 4, 2017.
Gary R. Swink, 59, Hardinsburg, was indicted for cultivation of marijuana, five or more plants, 1st offense.
Trenton Z. Neal, 22, Garfield, was indicted for 3rd degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property valued less than $500, and being a 2nd degree persistent felony offender. The charges stem from an alleged burglary of a building owned by Rodney Bland on July 23, 2017.
The Grand Jury indicted Robert Glenn, 49, Custer, on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of marijuana/enhanced; speeding; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.
Scott Lynch, 31, Lebanon Junction, was indicted on five counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment; five counts of 3rd degree terroristic threatening; tampering with physical evidence; and 2nd degree disorderly conduct.
James L. Crase, 48, Brandenburg, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
