A Hardinsburg man was injured in an accident just before 12:30 Wednesday (9/13) afternoon. According to Chief Deputy Bruce Anthony, with the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Department, 36-year-old Greg Flood was northbound on Highway 259 North when he came up on a line of traffic that was stopped. In avoiding the stopped vehicles, Flood left the roadway and went down an embankment. He was transported to Breckinridge Memorial Hospital by Breck Central EMS. Hardinsburg Fire & Rescue assisted at the scene.
