Florida forward Devin Robinson has decided to forgo his final year of college eligibility and enter the NBA draft. Robinson averaged 11.1 points and 6.1 rebounds. Arkansas junior guards Jaylen Barford and Daryl Macon have announced they both plan to enter this year’s NBA draft without hiring agents, allowing them both the chance to return to school for their senior seasons.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The NCAA has voted to allow high school football players to sign with colleges as early as December, make early official visits and put a two-year waiting period on Bowl Subdivision teams from hiring people close to a recruit. If approved by the Board of Governors on April 26th, the signing period change would take effect August 1st.

Bennie Snell ran for 22 yards and a touchdown in U-K Football’s spring game on Friday night, leading the blue team to a 31-14 win. The sophmore along with Boom Williams led a Wildcat running attack that propelled the Wildcats to a seven-win season and bowl appearance for the 2016 season.

BOSTON (AP) — Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been acquitted in a 2012 double slaying following six days of deliberation. However, Hernandez was convicted of unlawful possession of a gun and ordered to serve an additional four to five years in prison on top of the life sentence he is serving for a 2013 murder.
