CHARLOTTE, NC — The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers slipped into a tie with Texas-San Antonio for the seventh seed in the upcoming Conference USA Tournament following an 83-77 loss to Charlotte on Thursday night.
Pancake Thomas led the Hilltoppers with 23 points while Justin Johnson added 18.
Charlotte had lost five of their last six going into the game.
