Breckinridge Circuit Court-Division 1

7/20/2016—Division 1 of Breckinridge Circuit Court with Judge Bruce Butler met Wednesday.

 

Sandra A. Buerer, 46, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree wanton endangerment.  A pre-trial conference was set for October 12.

 

Casie N. Hale, 18, pleaded not guilty to two counts of 2nd degree burglary; two counts of 3rd degree criminal mischief; and 1st degree fleeing/evading police.  A pre-trial conference was scheduled for August 3.

 

Drew M. McCormick, pleaded not guilty to flagrant non-support.  He will be back in Court for a pre-trial conference on August 17.

 

George R. Hasher, 26, pleaded guilty to 3rd degree assault of a police officer; resisting arrest; and two counts of menacing.  Sentencing was set for August 17.

 

John H. Butler, 37, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by unlawful taking of livestock valued between $500 and $10,000.  Sentencing was scheduled for September 7.

 

Jack L. Piercy, 20, was sentenced to two years in prison for custodial interference.  In another case, Percy was sentenced to 18 months in jail for fraudulent use of a credit card valued under $10,000; and 12 months for carrying a concealed deadly weapon.  The sentences will run concurrently for a total of 18 months.

 

Cathy L. Barnes, 45, was given an alternative sentence of two days in jail for 2nd degree assault.

 

Amber G. Armes, 23, pleaded guilty to flagrant non-support, and was entered into the pre-trial diversion  program.
